These are some
pigstures of my family having Christmas over a while. Before I was in the family, there
were lots of humans that I have never met and some other dogs, I wish I had met them but maybe I will someday. I guess that they are all in heaven together.
Anyway, this is the first Christmas photo of my Mom that I can find. She sure is little there, I don't think I'd ever recognize her. She probably smelled different too!
This was so long ago, she didn't even have her first dog yet! Here's another one, looks like around the same time.
I'm not real good at figuring out how old little people are, but she looks a little bigger in this one so maybe it's her second Christmas.
Back when my Mommy was little, they made toys out of wood and other stuff! The little kids I know now have those plastic toys. But Mommy sez that Polymer Science really did change the world. But I don't know if it's better now or not.
I bet they didn't have any pets yet with this tree, look at all those breakable ornaments!
Once we got this table in our house, they used it most for cock tales. But it looks like then the White Family (Janet, Lloyd, John) were having coffee and maybe dessert. My Mommy always checks out food before she eats it.
Here she has having fun with her other grandparents, on the Alger side of the family. James, who Mommy called Daddy Jim, died before she was three so this is an early photo. He was a big shot in the Coast Guard, where not too many dogs work, there are lots more in the Army.
Mommy has always loved to read. If you ask me, she spends too much time reading stuff on and about the computer. Sometimes I hit her to make her pay attention to me!
They always had good Christmas decorations. Of course, if they had had cats then they would have knocked this stuff down. And then one of us dogs could give it a chew and try it out.
Aren't they cute having stockings in bed. I like to have biscuits in bed, but I don't always get to. This was when they still lived in that town named after my sister,
Sarah Toga.
This is a picture of my Mommy (around
1963), she was raised by a Collie. She's a lot bigger now,
and I like to sit on her lap sometimes.
This is kinda cute, the photo said that she was off to see the Nutcracker, probably in San Francisco.
This is my Mommy's Granbow, her human name was Marjorie Hill Alger. But I guess that my Mommy called her Markey, because she couldn't say Marjorie right when she was little. Not that long ago my Mommy worked with people that couldn't say V, or multiple pieces of words with vowels in them, so they called her Wicky.
The last place they lived in that California place was in the woods, and the spiders gave Mommy a Christmas present. This looks like they got a little snow, which is certainly possible in the Santa Cruise mountains! That was also the year that she got her Raggedy Ann.
Anyway I'm sure with this tree that they didn't have any CATS! Make sure to read my tips section if you have CATS and a Christmas tree!
